We manufacture more than 100 qualities of circular knitted fabrics which include Single Jersey, Double Jersey, Polos, Fleece, Jaquard Knits, Lycra based and a lot more !

KNITTING
We use two straight needles for flat knitting , while circular knitting is performed with sets of double-pointed needles or circular needles.
DYEING
We use Soft Flow High Temperature High Pressure Fabric Dyeing Machine, which is designed as per latest technology for knitted fabrics.
PRINTING
We use Flat Belt Printing Machine and Injeckt Digital Machines for printing Fabrics. We do printing specially for Hosiery Fabrics.
FINISHING
We use Tublar heat setting, Tube-compaction, Open-width Compacter and Stenter for all type of fabrics to perform best Finishing and shrinkage control.
Types of Yarns used
A long continuous length of interlocked fibers used for Knitting , Weaving and Designing Textiles .
100% COTTON
Cotton yarn is a raw material produced from the fibres, which is used for making fabrics or textiles and later used to make different clothes out of these fabrics.
100% POLYSTER
Polyester yarns are obtained by melt spinning from a polymeric melt at 265 °C. They are a thermoplastic material. The chains have a zig-zag structure.
DYED YARNS
Yarns that are dyed into specific colors before being woven into a design.
SINGLE PLY & MULTI – PLY
The spun having only one ply is called Single Ply Yarn. The spun consisting of more than one ply twisted together is called Multi – Ply Yarn.
